Since the first very moment I read about this mascara I knew I wanted it.

I am not addicted to pink but somehow I was drawn towards it ,, 

I am glad I bought it.

I have long lashes with decent volume but I love drama eyes ,, fluttery lashes big black & beautiful.

I wanted more volume to my lashes which I couldn't get through Maybelline colossal volume express mascara or from Lakme Lash Artist. So, in the search of a volumizing mascara I chanced upon this and I tell you I lub it ♥   ♥   ♥

My take on it :

• It gives length and it gives killer volume ~ Trust me on this. If you have sparse lashes and would love to have dramatic lashes making you look oh~so~gorgeous then my dear this is for you !
• The tiny lashes that are barely there but still there ~ This mascara would evenly coat those lashes giving them proper definition.
• Its pink ~ pink ~ omg pink ~ for the pink lovers :)
• The volume which it gives in one coat is in my opinion more than sufficient for daily wear, so the more coats you apply the more gorgeous fluttery looking will your eyes be.
• The 500 tiny bristles are good for everything,, they will coat your lashes , separating them nicely and you won't get clumpy lashes.
• Its water proof ~ I was in rain for an hour with this on ~ and my eyes were perfect. It didn't run off at all.
• The bottle is sturdy and closes with a ~tuck~ sound.. I do open n close it a couple of times just to listen to that :D weird ? Nope ;)
• The wand is pretty long. Of good material .
• The bottle is quite long, I wasn't expecting it to be that long. (okay it's not that long but it still somehow looks huge maybe cos of it having a flat belly :p )
• You need to work your hands fast and not wait for mascara to dry before applying second coat. It's important. really. 
• Don't flutter your lashes much while its still wet. You might get tiny spots of mascara on your eye lid this way.
• If you are going to apply many coats,, lets say 3-4 then be ready for a heavy eye effect. But dun worry you won't feel anything after two or three minutes.
• It doesn't have any smell so yayiee :)
• It fans out your lashes pretty well.
• I didn't curl my lashes so as to see its curling properties and as you can see my lashes look pretty curled up.
• It doesn't clump my lashes at all.

 

A few glitches

• The wand has zero bristles right on its tip therefore it catches lot of mascara liquid there and since the wand is long you might transferring it on your face while applying mascara.
• Nope, nothing else. ;)

All in all I really really like it. You can see the pics and observe how much definition and volume it is giving to my lashes. I am in lub with it and I would really say that it is a Must Buy.

Recommendation : Yes please, Its pink, its perfect, It will give you the most gorgeous looking eye lashes ever.

It doesn't feel heavy on your eyes (after 2 mins). Though It doesn't look all that natural but still it looks pretty.

Okay drama finish. Here is what I am loving this summer. 

1. Side Braids and Colorful Earrings 

I don't like messy side braids. I find them funny and not relaxed.

I am growing my hair these past months,,,reached till waist,,I need more ! Its either braids or buns for me in summer. Every other thing makes me mad. Hair open.. how much I wanna leave them open, the weather plays a spoil spot. Can happen if someone keeps rotating a hand fan around me every second I am out in the sun ;) ;)

These earrings I have  bought from FabIndia. I don't visit this store often, but this was the only Interesting shop at the airport. There was some time to my flight, I was strolling aimlessly analyzing people and their behavior (my fav past time) ,,got bored,,entered Fab India. These earrings was the lone attractive thing in the store.

2. You gotta be protected by sun rays all the time.

I am soooo new to Sunscreens. I buy them for my maa but I never used them myself.

I never got tanned. Come 2012 and it's happening ( no not apocalypse) ..I have tanned arms which don't match my face,,

So, I tried Lotus and VLCC (It's Bad) but nothing worked for me,

Finally I am contented with Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry Touch Sun Block with SPF 50 . It works for my

arms and neck and legs(m a skirt person) , it Doesn't work for my face. It makes it red. Not allergic to it.

3. I need fruity scented hair in Summers

For this demand of mine I use Herbal Essence color me shiny shampoo and another Hair mist.

Love this!! Cute packaging,,makes my hair shiny and smell amazing.

This is for colored hair though :)

4. I am soooo picky with Facewash

It was always Himalaya Neem facewash for me. I got bored and drifted towards other brands.

Now this Lacto Calamine face wash comes free with the Lacto Calamine lotion.

I buy the purple classic version but I hate the purple facewash that's free with it.

So, I have to smilingly ask the Shopkeeper to please gimme the green facewash.

Now he remembers this routine of mine exchanging free gifts. :D

It works superb. Very light. Very moisturizing. Smells summery to me. yeyy

I feel I need to tell you my Lacto Calamine story.

5. I am a shower person and I love my shower gels and crems

Lux Magic Spell smells amazing. The fragrance lingers on for few hours. I love it. No. I LUB IT ;)

Easy to remove also unlike pears gentle body wash. 

6. I like squeaky clean face in summer ♥   ♥  

I remove all my makeup with Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth cleanser.

Have praised it enough here

7. I like fragrant eye pads

I can't get any. So I put some gulab jal in a small bowl then I add chilled water + some ice (I like super chilled stuff ) , then I put my cute heart embossed cotton pads in the bowl. I keep it refrigerated for 10 mins and then I take the cotton eye pads and place them on my eyes. My day dreaming goes along while my eyes are getting chilled ;)

Don't know why but my phone got clicked with all this so it's among my favs too (silliness personified)

The cute lil chubby purple colored baby elephant you see here just came to pose and say Hi!! to all everyone.

8. My eyes need some love

I am a voracious reader. So,,along with the chilly exercise I do for my eyes ( as written above) I need to give some extra love for the under eye skin.

Garnier Under eye roller (non-tinted) comes here to my rescue.

9. I love roses

A rose is something really special to me,, I will dedicate a post on my love for rose someday.

So, just picked these rose stud earrings from Accessorize.

These lil babies didn't photograph well. These are in actual ~ neon pink :)

10. I love my face wipes

These are Kara refreshing face wipes with Aloevera and mint oil. Total Love ! 

I have the pink one also,,can't find it now ! 

11. I love my perfumes

I am a perfume girl :) I never get tired of them, take care of them like lil babies (as if they are high maintenance ;) hehhe)

I buy small bottles at times so that I can keep them in my bag when I am on the go..

This one is by Victoria's Secret ~ Dream Angels Wish ~ Anything with Angel and I am sold ! Reason ! This is what my love calls me :)

Oh ,, it smells amazing !! Floral+Fruity = Happy Angel ^-^ ;)

Ok, now I was honestly on a look for this baby pink shade the singer wears in this music video. I did a lil hunt for this in Bourjois but well I couldn't find it,, 

what I did found is this baby below :)

This is my first lipstick from Bourjois and I am super impressed with the quality.

It doesn't stick,,stays put on my lips for a good 4-5 hours,,moisturizes my lips.

I still wear a lipbalm underneath because I am having dry lips these days.

The shade is beautiful, the color of a pink rose ,, yes the beautiful pink rose :)

The packaging is uber cool ,, the snap pull button is awesome,, thus extremely travel friendly.

The bullet looks sturdy,,but I still keep it refrigerated because of the awesome heat ;)

Pinks, plums, corals and reds suit my skin shade,,and this one suits me so very well. 

Only thing I feel is that it is kinda sheer, so for those who have pigmented lips you would have to dab a little foundation/primer/any base before applying it to let the true color show up.

Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser ♥

I am very very picky when it comes to stuff that goes on to my face. So when I landed my hands on this cleanser I was like oooohhhh I have read good stuff about it *Big Grin* Still I had my doubts because when this reached me in the mail I had a acne issue to tackle with. I did my little research and finally mustered up the courage of using it *so happy of my decision* .

What the product states ♥

Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser .
With Naturally Active Ingredients:
ROSEMARY, CHAMOMILE, COCOA BUTTER AND EUCALYPTUS ESSENTIAL OIL.

Cleanses and gently exfoliates for smoother, clearer skin.

A rich, concenterated cream that gently removes daily grime and makeup, even stubborn mascara, to leave skin clear , smooth and exceptionally clean. Used with the pure muslin cloth it lifts away dead skin cells.

Packaging ♥

It comes in a very light mint green colored good quality plastic bottle having a pump dispenser. You can't see how much you have used but its okay because it lasts for a long long time.
Comes with a same mint green pouch in which the bottle and the muslin cloth are placed. I really liked the pouch, I keep the muslin cloth in my Shower cabinet and use this pouch to store cotton swabs and tissue papers when I travel.

The quality of Muslin cloth is very good. You get two pieces of good size muslin cloth with one bottle of this cleanser. The cloth has mint green trimming on its edges. The muslin cloth we get with this is made in India.

The cleanser ♥

Its thick but then its smooth and gets absorbed easily. Clove is the thing which comes in mind when I think about the fragrance it has, the fragrance remains even after rubbing it off. Fine with me.

Usage ♥

* Damp your face with water.
* Take out one pump of the product on your palm, take it on your fingers and then rub evenly on your face softly.
* Evenly rub on your face in upward circular motions.
* Take some luke warm water in a small bowl , dip the muslin cloth in it.
* Rub your face softly with  this muslin cloth to remove the cleanser and the dirt/grime/makeup whatever unwanted thing there is.
* Clean your face with normal water.
* Use toner/moisturizer as per your routine.
* Watch *Friends* for a good dose of laughter ;)

Why do I use it ♥

* I love how softly it cleans my skin. This has made me use Cleanser after ages.
* It never irritated my skin.
* Removes each and every trace of makeup with zero effort.
* Doesn't leave my skin dry.
* At times I have lil white bumps on my nose, when I use this cleanser I do not get those bumps for long.
* Skin feels smooth , soft and clean.

I have combination sensitive skin and have used it religiously in March-April when the weather was fine,, In this peak summer heat I am not so excited to use it all over my skin, but then I am still removing my makeup with this cleanser.

Going down memory lane :)

I really value all the things in my life because each of them has a different sentiment attached with it and I like reviving the moments they happened to be an important part in my life...

Being Emotional is an absolute under statement for a girl like me and I love telling stories (you have to ask people close to me for that,,I kinda make them sit forcefully and make them listen to my banter ;) ;) yup one of the ill-effects of knowing me ;) ,,,) so sit back as I am going on a short memory lane from my life to your screen :)

I love Angels :) ,, I have few angels in my life who love me unconditionally and their affection towards me is completely pious. I love them and live to see them smile :)

These figurines are all given to me by at different moments in my life and the one at the top on the left is the closest to my heart,,this angel framed my life beautifully the dame it came in my life. All these signifies different emotions and I take care of them more than I do of my own.

These are only few of them as the rest of them are not with me at the moment,,but I love them too :)

This beautiful purse set was bought from Japan and I am deeply attached to it because of the days it reminds me of..the beautiful people and even more beautiful times.

This scarf is uniquely special to me and I had little tears in my eyes when it was given to me just because of the pure love it had in it and the smile of the person at that moment who gifted me this lil something special. Its very very pretty :) and even more special..

 The ones who know me knows how much I love using different purse/hand bags all the time. In one of the shopping spree I had with my loved one I was in search of a small bag with a long strap ( ticket conductor bag in other words,, ;) ..) I checked some 20 stores and some 200 bags and didn't find the one I wanted and then finally after a long long search I got this one from Holli , this brand is available in Lifestyle I suppose,,I am not so sure because after buying this ,both of us ran through the entire mall to the parking lot to get to our car as we were getting so damn late,,he he won't forget that day like EVER,, I love my Ticket Conductor bag so much,, <3 :)

This pair of earrings were bought when I was in 9th standard,,a new shop had opened in the market near my house and that shop was so dear to me as it was full of stuff I loved . On one fine day I had gone to one of my friend's house and on my way back went to that shop "FRAGRANCE" just like that,, my eyes glued on this pair of earrings,, I really really liked it.... I had never bought anything on my own at that age so  buying it on my own was a big deal for me, it costed me 40 bucks,, I still remember.
 Nevertheless I bought it and went home and  showed it to my maa who loved it more cos I had bought something on my own   for the very first time,, This was my first buy and even today I look out for it in my earring drawer :) ,, I love it and I am going to keep it safe till I live because it is indeed special.
                                

Sharing all my emotions here is slightly difficult but I value and love everything I have. 

I love them all and also the people and the stories behind them.

Ok, If there is one thing that I use to scrub/clean my face apart from normal face wash then it is this,,it will I guess "always" be this unless something even better comes out or I come to know about it :)

Angelic and medieval cleansing wash with rose and lavender. Angels on Bare Skin is the Lush version of an expensive medieval skincare recipe. Rare, precious essential oils were first brought to Europe by the crusaders who encountered Arabian medicine. They were immediately banned by the church because their ability to alter states of mind was considered the devil's work! But the final result was Cosmetics 1, Church 0. Rose oil and lavender oil were discovered to do wonderful things for the skin, too. Almost a thousand years later you'd be hard pressed to find a better all round cleanser and exfoliator than Angels.


How to use it :

Dampen your face with warm water. Place a pea sized chunk in the palm of your hand and add water to create a paste. Apply to your face using small, circular motions. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. For rest results follow with the LUSH toner and moisturizer that best suit your skin type.

What it has done for me :

I have a slightly sensitive skin and had acne problem for around 2 years but now thanks to THIS I am acne free now,, so I really think ten times before buying any cosmetic for my face as I do not want to make any mistake for my skin at this point in my life. 

Anything that has the world Angel associated with it catches my fancy in a second and same happened with this cleanser,,I did lil research before buying it and I am glad I did. It really works wonder for my skin and after using it I feel like my face is squeaky clean, not even a single trace of dirt remains on my face. 

It comes in a small tub and seeing it your first impression can be quite ,,ummm,,,,blahhh!! yep this is what I did but since its Lush I had faith in it.

Only a small amount (as seen in the pic) is required to clean your face and neck at a time. You really have to squish the product in your palm and make a paste with water to apply it on the face. Massage in circular motions all over your face and neck to get optimum results.

Do not use it extremely close to the eyes.

Ok now this one not only cleanses my face very well but also moisturize it nicely. I have never experienced any strecthy feeling on my face after applying this even in winters. This has never caused any acne on my face and I give all my love  to it for not doing that.

I use it every other day , but depending on your skin type you can use it daily too. The fragrance it has is like you are smelling herbs in the jungle :D yup but it disappears fast as soon as you wash it off with water. 

Always store this one in a cool and dry place and screw the lid tightly after using it.

After using this you can tone your face and then moisturize it with your normal moisturizer. I skip the toner part here but yes I do use my moisturizer for sure.

Recommendation : yes please for everyone,,for girls having slight acne issue you can try it too :)

Personally speaking when I had Acne on my face only this thing saved me and worked wonders ,,I swear by it,,  check it out HERE ,,
